Terms of Service

Version of 27 August 2026

This document is an offer by the operator of the safzir service to enter into an agreement for the use of a cloud enterprise management system on the terms set out below. Submitting a signup application means accepting these terms.

1. Subject

The operator provides access to the cloud ERP system at safzir.online: inventory and warehouse, sales and point of sale, finance, purchasing, staff and related modules — to the extent of the selected plan.

The service is provided as a service: no software is transferred to the customer and nothing needs to be installed on the customer hardware.

2. The "First 100" programme

For the first one hundred companies whose application is approved, access is free for 180 days from account activation.

For the following 180 days access is provided at a discount, the size of which is communicated to the participant on approval and recorded in their subscription.

After both grace periods the participant keeps a lifetime discount of 50 % off the current price of the selected plan. The discount is tied to the organization and survives a change of plan.

The number of places is limited to one hundred. Applications submitted after the places are taken are considered on standard terms.

Participation requires no payment up front and creates no obligation to continue after the free period ends.

3. Account

The customer is responsible for keeping their password safe and for the actions of the employees they grant access to.

The operator may refuse registration or close an account in case of attempts to disrupt the service, circumvent plan limits, or access another customer data.

4. Customer data

Data entered by the customer belongs to the customer. The operator processes it solely to provide the service and does not use it for its own purposes.

The customer may at any time obtain an export of their data in machine-readable form, including after access has been suspended for non-payment.

5. Availability

During the grace periods of the programme the service is provided "as is", without a guaranteed uptime or response time.

The operator performs scheduled maintenance, aiming to do so during hours of lowest load.

6. Payment after the grace period

30, 5, 2 and 1 day before the free period ends the operator sends a notice to the e-mail address given at registration.

If payment is not received, access is suspended. Data is not deleted: it is retained for 90 days, and throughout that time the customer can take an export.

After 90 days the data of a suspended organization may be permanently deleted.

7. Termination

The customer may stop using the service at any time without giving reasons.

The operator gives at least 30 days notice before terminating the service, except in cases of a breach of section 3.

Before an organization is closed, the customer is given the opportunity to export their data.

8. Changes to these terms

The operator may amend these terms by publishing a new version with its date. The version accepted by the customer is recorded at registration.

Changes affecting price or scope of service are announced at least 30 days in advance.

9. Liability

The operator is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. The operator liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer over the preceding three months.

The operator is not responsible for the accuracy of data entered by the customer, nor for decisions made on the basis of it.

10. Operator

The service runs on the domains safzir.com and safzir.online. Enquiries are accepted at support@safzir.online.
